Shipping & Delivery Policy – Bolitho Studio

At Bolitho Studio, we are committed to delivering our premium menswear to you in a timely and secure manner. Our shipping practices are designed to provide transparency and peace of mind, in accordance with Australian consumer protections.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For international enquiries, please contact our support team at costumer@bolithostudio.store.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our Melbourne atelier.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilise premium couriers to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

Note: Delivery to rural or remote areas (WA, NT, and TAS) may take slightly longer than the estimates provided above.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking link. You can monitor your parcel's journey via the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Guarantees & Lost Parcels

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your order reaches you.

  • Safe Drop: If you elect for "Safe Drop" or "Authority to Leave" with the courier, Bolitho Studio cannot be held responsible for items that go missing after they have been successfully delivered to your premises.

  • Lost in Transit: If your parcel is deemed lost by the courier before delivery, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Incorrect Address & Redelivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, Bolitho Studio is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, postal strikes, or peak seasonal periods (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas).
